• Heating and Air Conditioning: Central heating available. The chalet is designed for use in all seasons.
• Transport: A shuttle service is available every hour from Interlaken station to the "Habkern, Zäundli" stop, 5 minutes' walk from the chalet.

• Local Activities: Information on local hikes, mountain excursions, sightseeing, and other activities is available in the welcome booklet.
• Safety Instructions: Safety instructions and emergency numbers are available in the welcome booklet.
• Waste Sorting: Please follow the waste sorting guidelines. Recycling bins are provided. A free garbage collection point is located at the bus stop. For other waste, a recycling center is available near the village store. Detailed information is available in the welcome booklet.
