Reservation Confirmation: The reservation is confirmed once the payment is made. You will receive a confirmation by email.
Payment Methods: We accept credit card payments and PayPal.
Free Cancellation: Free cancellation up to 30 days before the arrival date.
Late Cancellation: For cancellations made between 14 and 30 days before arrival, 50% of the total amount will be refunded.
No Refund: In case of no-show or cancellations made less than 14 days before arrival, the total amount of the reservation will be charged.
Check-in: From 3:00 PM. Early arrival can be requested and will be confirmed based on availability.
Check-out: Before 11:00 AM. Late departure can be requested and will be confirmed based on availability.
Number of Guests: The chalet can accommodate up to 4 people. Any additional guests must be approved in advance.
Use of the Premises: Guests must use the premises reasonably and respect the house rules.
Damages and Losses: Guests are responsible for any damage or loss caused to the chalet during their stay.
House Rules: Guests must adhere to the house rules. Any violation may result in additional charges or immediate cancellation of the reservation.
Safety: Lock doors and windows when leaving the chalet. Never leave candles unattended.
Cleanliness: Respect the chalet. Additional cleaning fees may apply if the chalet is left in an unacceptable condition.
Insurance: We recommend that guests purchase travel insurance to cover cancellations, trip interruptions, and personal losses.
Liability: We are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, or illnesses that occur during the stay.
Force Majeure: We are not responsible for unforeseen and uncontrollable events (natural disasters, power outages, etc.) that may affect your stay.
